For our Client- well known company headquartered in US, we are currently looking for Candidates to join newly created SSC in Katowice.Due to continuous success and expansion, we are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Specialist to strengthen a new dynamic sales team.
While working in Export department, you will be responsible forsupporting Clients in order to: identify customer needs; be the first point of contact between client and plants throughout Europe; coordinate orders and develop customer- supplier relationship.
You will work in close cooperation with marketing, finance, technical, logistics, production, and shipping. You will have the opportunity to work with customers located outside of Europe in Asia, Middle East, South America or even Oceania. Your duties will also include reporting and preparing sales reports.
Additionally, your job will be to implement improvements in the sales process, customer experience, export and logistics.
An ideal Candidatehas experience in customer services and shows excellent organisational skills. We are looking for flexible, autonomous person with very good analytical skills and preferably, some knowledge of customs and logistics. Fluency in English is a must. Any other European language would be an advantage.
