Our Client is well known production company, which recently opened shared service center in Cracow.

Currently we are looking for Candidates to join Export department at the position of Customer Service specialist.

While working at this role, you will be responsible forpreparing offers for new and existing clients; being involved in order- to- delivery process, processing invoices issues and credit notes. You will be in a daily contact with sales, shipping, finance and quality departments, all time ensuring that documents and client’s requests are handled with the best quality customer support. A part of your job will be also connected with accounts receivables control.

We are looking for Candidates with English (B2/C1) and German (B2/C1).An ideal Candidate has experience in similar role- preferably in customer service or in export/ logistics.
Knowledge of Spanish or French would be an asset. Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills are required.
