For our Client, one of the largest business and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of float, value-added and fabricated glass products and solutions, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Inside Sales Coordinator/Customer Service Specialist.
Due to continuous success and expansion, we are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service person to strengthen a new dynamic sales team in Poland, Katowice.In this position you will find fulfilment and meaning in your work located at the Global Business Service in Katowice.
While working at the position of Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsiblefor orders coordination, development of customer-supplier relationship in collaboration with outside sales representatives, and follow-up of customers’ files and requests.You will be the key contact between the customers, our staff in the field and the plants throughout Europe. In that scope, you will identify and understand your customer’s needs and provide them with the most suitable solution for their business activities. Furthermore you will also be responsible for quotations and follow-up of projects. This requires an excellent knowledge of your markets and customers, as well as production and logistics constraints.
We are looking for Candidates with excellent Customer Service skills and experience in a similar position and/ or international company. Knowledge on customs and logistic would be an advantage.Excellent English language level as well as communication skills are a must. French or Spanish would be a plus.
