For our Client, international company that established Shared Service Center in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates with excellent English language skills and interest in Customer Support.
While working at this role, you will be responsible for managing Client's requests- that includes answering their questions via social media platforms and online chat. Although you will be not responsible for answering phone calls, we are looking for Candidates with excellent communication skills.
An ideal Candidate needs to have experience in Customer Support and knowledge of digital services- Facebook, Twitter, online platform chat. As you will be supporting English speaking clients, excellent language level is a must.
Please be informed that the job requires being flexible in terms of working hours, as sometimes there would be a need to work till 7:00-8:00 p.m.
The company offers attractive salaries (up to 6000 PLN gross/ month) and attractive office location.
