Customer Service Representative
The role of a Customer Service Representative is a challenging and dynamic one and suitable candidates will be at ease working in a constantly evolving environment and demonstrate excellent adaptability, technical and customer service skills.
Requirements:
• English on at least communicative level and advanced knowledge of Dutch is a must,
• strong problem determination/logical problem solving skills,
• excellent customer focus – previous customer service experience is highly desirable,
• good hardware skills on a major platform (Wintel/Mac),
• strong software skills: operating systems (Windows Xp/2000/Vista/Seven; Mac; Linux),
• strong software skills: major applications (Outlook; Office/Open Office; Acrobat etc.),
• strong software skills: internet (TCP/IP, firewall; remote connectivity solutions),
• good networking knowledge & skill: physical networking (Ethernet, WiFi, modems),
• good networking knowledge & skill: mobile devices (PalmPre; Blackberry; iPhone),
• excellent communication (both verbal and written) – incl language fluency,
• excellent teamwork,
• excellent standards of accuracy,
• excellent flexibility, attitude and professionalism,
• ability to work in shifts is welcome.
