For Our Client, an international Company (SSC), we’re looking for Customer Service Representative (German and English language – mandatory).

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing the highest level of service to customers by processing orders and assisting customers by always maintaining and exhibiting companies values.

Key responsibilities:
 Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders with a strong focus on service excellence.
 Support customers with questions on price, availability, basic technical questions
 Inform customers on the launch of new products and prices, product cancellations and replacements
 Set up new customers in the system and manage parameters for electronic ordering
 Follow up logistics and price claims
 Process credit/debit notes
 Initiate price requests, campaign requests, price complaints and give feedback to Sales Team and Customers
 Follow up payment issues
 Provide monthly sales figures for customers
 Support Sales Team with order/sales reporting/administration

Required Skills/Experience
 About 2 or 3 years' experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 Linguistic skills: Polish, English and German - mandatory, French is an asset
 Proficient in MS Office
 Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of quality.
 Good communicator and team worker
 Customer focused
 Ability to work and collaborate cross functionally with Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, IT, Logistics & Sales
 Exhibits strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiation skills
 Is structured and demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills
 Accountable and integer, energetic personality.
 Self-motivated and result-oriented
