For Our Client, an international Company (SSC), we’re looking for Customer Service Representative (German and English language – mandatory).
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing the highest level of service to customers by processing orders and assisting customers by always maintaining and exhibiting companies values.
Key responsibilities:
Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders with a strong focus on service excellence.
Support customers with questions on price, availability, basic technical questions
Inform customers on the launch of new products and prices, product cancellations and replacements
Set up new customers in the system and manage parameters for electronic ordering
Follow up logistics and price claims
Process credit/debit notes
Initiate price requests, campaign requests, price complaints and give feedback to Sales Team and Customers
Follow up payment issues
Provide monthly sales figures for customers
Support Sales Team with order/sales reporting/administration
Required Skills/Experience
About 2 or 3 years' experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Linguistic skills: Polish, English and German - mandatory, French is an asset
Proficient in MS Office
Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of quality.
Good communicator and team worker
Customer focused
Ability to work and collaborate cross functionally with Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, IT, Logistics & Sales
Exhibits strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiation skills
Is structured and demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills
Accountable and integer, energetic personality.
Self-motivated and result-oriented
