Customer Service Representative

- International cooperation with other departments
- Caring for clients at the highest level in line with the company's standards
- Working with the CRM system and answering telephone/mail inquiries
- Solving problems related to the product orders, technical issues, deliveries, complaints etc.
- Developing business relationships with existing and new clients
Requirements:
- Experience in professional customer service
- Technical abilities and computer skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Willingness to cooperate with professionals and development in sales area
- Highly developed communication skills, composed attitude
