Customer Service Representative

Main responsibilities:
- Provide quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all customers in a perfect manner (all order-to-cash-processes)
- Prepares data related to KPI measuring customer performance and satisfaction
- Responds to customer queries
- Validates claims for credits and arranges stock checks for missing or over delivered stock
- Issuing Correction invoices - post promo process
- Entering Customers to the database

Required experience:
- Experience with SAP R/3 will be essential
- Previous Customer Service experience will be an asset
- Fluent English
- Very good MS Excel
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under time pressure
