For Our Client – a global company from SSC sector, we are looking for Customer Service Representative with knowledge of Romanian, Hungarian and English who would join the company’s newly established office in Katowice, Poland.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for orders management, providing support to the customers via phone and emails, responding to queries and developing relationships with the clients.
Qualifications: preferable experience in working with customers, excellent communication skills and proactive attitude. Very good language skills: Romanian, Hungarian and English are a must.
