For our client from logistic field we are looking for candidates to join a new team in their office in Katowice. Our client offers a work in a stable and globally well-known company.
Your new role:
Supporting clients and providing needed information
Answering phone calls and emails from clients (mostly German speakers)
Preparing documentation
What you will need to succeed:
Fluency in German and English is a must
Experience in customer service (nice-to-have)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Computer skills
