Customer Service Representative with German & English
Miejsce pracy: Pruszków, Warszawa, Piastów, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Milanówek, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Błonie
Duties include:
- To provide outstanding Customer Service to both internal and external Customer, consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations within scope of proces.
- To manage all Customer conctact with professionalism and efficiency in line with agred company standards.
- To process all internal and external orders (email/fax/EID).
- To process, investigate and resolve Customer queries using the complaint managment system.
- To constantly strive to improve processes and share working knowledge for the benefit of colleagues and Customers.
- Work towards the achievement of all departmental KPIs
- Work with Team and Team Manager to achieve company goals and objectives
Skills and Experience:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong customer driven focus
- Experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) is an advantage
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Exel, World etc)
Language requirements:
- English, at least fluent is required
- Native or at least fluent in German
