Customer Service Representative with German/Dutch or Swedish language

Main duties:

Providing excellent customer service via email, phone & chat

Conduct customer training sessions to help our customers exercise their products

Analyze and provide technical troubleshooting where necessary

Participation with adhoc projects and site testing

Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills (German/Dutch or Swedish as well as English)

Experience in customer service will be an advantage

Technical troubleshooting skills an advantage

Active listening skills

Good team player

Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
