Main responsibilities includesupporting technical query calls,providing customerservice within agreed timeframe,exchanging knowledge and communication within a team andhandling escalations related to process / technical issues.
Successful candidates will have to speakfluent French and English, possesstrong communication skills and some experiencewith Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Call Queue management toolsand BPO / Call Centre environment would be an asset.
