Your new role
Customer Service Representative will work as a support for the company’s client and will be responsible for providing excellent information service via such channels of communication as email or e-ticket system. The person holding this position will cooperate closely with other company departments in order to answer given inquiries and solve the problems.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to know Finnish and English on at least B2 level. Working on this position also you must possess verygood interpersonal skillsand be capable of working efficiently under time pressure.
