Do you speak fluently in one of the European languages? Do you like working with people? This offer is addressed to you!
Your duties will involve daily contact with company’s customer from Europe. Your task will be to provide high quality customer service by providing complete information about the products / services offered and responding to received inquiries and complaints. The duties may also include managing e-mail and telephone correspondence, updating the database, supporting other team members and assistance in implementing new ideas.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of the European language at the level of min. C1
Communicative approach
Ability to efficiently create spoken and written content
Experience in customer service will be an advantage
