Customer Service Representative Aftermarket
For our client, an international production company we are currently looking for Customer Service Representative Aftermarket.
Location: Wrocław
Job description:
➢ Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders with a strong focus on service excellence.
➢ Support customers with questions on price, availability, basic technical questions
➢ Inform customers on the launch of new products and prices, product cancellations and replacements
➢ Set up new customers in the system and manage parameters for electronic ordering
➢ Follow up logistics and price claims
➢ Process credit/debit notes
➢ Initiate price requests, campaign requests, price complaints and give feedback to Sales Team and Customers
➢ Follow up payment issues
➢ Provide monthly sales figures for customers
➢ Support Sales Team with order/sales reporting/administration
Requirements:
➢ About 3 or 4 years' experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
➢ Linguistic skills: German, English; French is a plus
➢ Proficient in MS Office
➢ Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of quality.
➢ Good communicator and team worker
➢ Customer focused
➢ Ability to work and collaborate cross functionally with Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, IT, Logistics & Sales
➢ Exhibits strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiation skills
➢ Is structured and demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills
➢ Accountable and integer, energetic personality.
➢ Self-motivated and result-oriented
