For our Client, an international producer located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for experienced Manager to join Customer Service team within supply chain structures.
We are looking for a Candidate with experience in team management and ability to recruit and build the team. It is crucial to have expertise within Customer Service / Logistics department. The person selected for this role will be responsible for quality aspects of order fulfilment process, building strategy for department, order management process control and division of the tasks within the team. It is good to demonstrate a strong Continuous Improvement approach. We are looking for a Candidate with ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables. The main goal will be to focus on team management, efficiency of department, good atmosphere among team members and also building relations with internal departments and external Clients.
The ideal Candidate is experienced in team management up to 10 people (minimum 3 years) and also has expertise within Customer Service area (order management/ fulfilment process). The selected person should have an operational awareness, helicopter view on the supply chain process, moreover, bravery to face the challenges and implement optimization and new solution within the team. We are looking for mature leader with highly developed leadership skills. Fluency in German and English at minimum C1 level is compulsory. It is crucial to be passionate about people and have business acumen.
