On behalf of our Client, a multinational company from financial sector, we are looking for a person to hold the position of a Customer Service Manager with German.

The key role on this position will be to manage the customer service team of about 15 specialists. As a supervisor you will be responsible for recruitment of new team members, training, coaching and motivating current members, professional development and evaluation of the employees. In addition the manager will be handling any customer or internal escalations and monitoring results that are to be achieved. On this position you will be in charge of setting the targets in accordance with company’s standards to ensure the quality of work. This role will also contribute to the customer satisfaction by identifying new solutions and service delivery methods and implement the improvements.

We are seeking candidates with advanced knowledge of German and English and minimum 3 years of experience in team management in Customer Service, preferably in SSC environment. The candidates should be proficient in MS Office programs and equipped with analytical skills. To be a successful leader the candidates should present highly developed communication skills and be able to maintain positive relationships with employees while motivate and encourage them to deliver the best quality of services.
