Currently, for our Client, a global leader in their industry with its Business Centre located in Katowice,we are looking for an experienced leader who will join and coordinate the team of Customer Service / Inside Sales.
As a Customer Service Team Leader you will lead team up to 10 people dealing with queries regards full order process (complex roles). You will create a customer centric culture and focus on how to develop mutual business relationships with customers, actively search for solutions that bring satisfaction to clients and build a good company image. You will be dedicated to improve ways of working by introducing 'best practices' and maintaining high level of team performance as well as c reate team spirit and engagement through inclusive leadership and fulfilcompany values. What is essential, as a Supervisor you will create strong department strategy, analyse and implement standards and create reports and directly cooperate with senior management.
We are looking for a Leader with strong managerial skills and strong customer orientation, who is able to build long-lasting relationships. You should be able to share knowledge and constant improvement. Excellent communication and problem solving skills, and experience in coordination of team work is essential. Fluent German and English languages are required.
