Your new company
We are looking for a person to hold the position Customer Service Team Managerto one of the company in Cracow which develops and delivers multi-functional services.

New role
As a Customer Service Team Manageryou will be responsible for delegating work in a way that ensures that all colleagues have a clear understanding of their tasks, responsibilities, client requirements and priorities, daily running and management of a team, meeting the SLAs/KPIs targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development, ensuring that Plan Management process is completed within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner. You will be also a person who will be coordinating, managing and motivating all the staff.

Our requirements
To be the best candidate for this role you need to have an experience in managing people, strong problem solving and decision making skills, very good communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced level of English (min. C1) is mandatory.
