Currently, for our Client, a global leader in their industry who decided to create the new processes in their Business Centre in Katowice, we are looking for an experienced leaders who will join newly created structures, build and coordinate the team of Customer Service.

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will lead team up to 10 people dealing with queries regards order management / supply chain processes for European market. You will create a customer centric culture and focus on how to develop mutual business relationships with customers, actively search for solutions that bring satisfaction to clients and build a good company image. You will be dedicated to improve ways of working by introducing 'best practices' and maintaining high level of team performance as well as create team spirit and engagement through inclusive leadership and fulfil company values. What is essential, as a Supervisor you will create strong department strategy, analyse and implement standards and create reports and directly cooperate with senior management.

We are looking for a Leader with strong managerial skills and strong customer orientation, who is able to build long-lasting relationships. You should be able to share knowledge and constant improvement. Excellent communication and problem solving skills, and experience in coordination of team work is essential. Fluent English language are required.
