For our client, international production company, we are looking for Customer Service Leader, located in Silesia.

Main responsibilities on Customer Service Leader position are managing the team for ensure that the customers’ orders are confirmed and delivered on time and with appropriate documents as well as monitoring orders’ fluctuations from customers, escalate problems when required and implement necessary changes in production planning / material ordering. Additionally Customer Service Leader will prepare and review outlook planning for next year and review with Material Planning and Purchasing, also will be responsible for the production planning according to customer demands to avoid back orders. Customer Service Leader works closely with Material Planning Leader, Production Planner and Operations team.

We are looking for candidate with at least 4 years experience in Customer Service in a production company with Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar discipline, who is EHS awareness. English knowledge on B2 level is the must as well as ERP system knowledge. The best candidate should be experienced in influencing and supporting a team to achieve their goals and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
