Customer Service Lead We are helping our client, one of the biggest e-commerce companies, to build new office in Warsaw. The company is in the middle of big market expansion and sees great potential on Polish market, as a start of further development in Europe.
You will join the company as a Customer Service Lead being responsible for:
- Managing the customer service’s team of agents
- Supervising the work of customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
- Documenting call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
- Analysing customer experience reports and insights and recommend improvement suggestions and initiatives.
- Evaluating employees' job performance and recommend action
You are a perfect candidate if you have:
- Excellent communication skill in English and Polish, in both verbal and written forms
- Have experience in managing a call center
- Analytical and data skills, required to present analysis and drive insights from numbers
- Good presentation skills
- Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills
