Customer Service Lead We are helping our client, one of the biggest e-commerce companies, to build new office in Warsaw. The company is in the middle of big market expansion and sees great potential on Polish market, as a start of further development in Europe.

 You will join the company as a Customer Service Lead being responsible for:

  • Managing the customer service’s team of agents
  • Supervising the work of customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
  • Documenting call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
  • Analysing customer experience reports and insights and recommend improvement suggestions and initiatives.
  • Evaluating employees' job performance and recommend action

You are a perfect candidate if you have:
  • Excellent communication skill in English and Polish, in both verbal and written forms
  • Have experience in managing a call center
  • Analytical and data skills, required to present analysis and drive insights from numbers
  • Good presentation skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills
