JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Main purpose of the job is to develop new customers and arrange appointments from a database of prospective customers, who may require a time-critical logistics service,
- Key job resposibilities involve: developing a high quality database of potential customers,
- sourcing new leads for the database,
- contacting the database to develop new business opportunities,
- calling previous days' 'lost' quotes,
- calling collection points to identify opportunities for additional business,
- making appointments where a regular business requirement is identified for the business development manager,
- producing accurate data/reporting through the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Perfect Candidate: speaks and writes excellent English,
- Has excellent customer service skills (internal and external) and pro client attitude,
- Systematic approach,
- Basic experience in MS Office and Outlook,
- Telesales experience is essential,
- Logistics experience is desirable.
