New Centreis being established in the heart of Katowice and we are looking for experienced senior professional who will take up the challenge and exciting opportunity to build the new structures and lead department of customer service operations in SSC operating for international markets.

On this position you will play a key role in the design, launch and improve operationsof the newly established shared service centre including key responsibilities such as: track record of successfully leading the launch and operations of the centre for a multinational corporation, manageoverall operations mostly across customer care / customer service area, actively participate in decision making and strategy developmentto shape the structures and future direction as well as represent the branch in interactions with internal and external parties. You will manage over 60+ professionals indirectly, through supervisors and operations managers and take active part in the recruitment and performance management.

We are looking for a senior manager with significant experience in leading, managing and developingpeople as well as experience in SSC/BPO environment, preferably in establishing new structures within customer service / customer advisory area. Strong business acumen, fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills are also necessary to be successful on this position.
