Customer Service Director
Our Client is a global manufacturing company with advanced engineering solution. For the first time, there is a goal to create European Customer Service Department that will serve almost 10 Countries at the beginning. It's a strategic initiative for the Group and so we are seeking to recruit a Manager to lead the transition process between the current structure and the newly created Shared Service in Cracow.

Description
- Lead the implementation of a new centralized European Customer Service Department resulting from the consolidation of existing/local Customer Service Departments;
- Ensure that business as usual is maintained during and after the transition, stakeholders are engaged and that the quality of service to our end customers is maintained;
- Ensure project delivery on time, within budget and realizing the identified benefits;
- To engage and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, internally and externally;
- Management at the beginning structure of almost 25 people with huge plans for further growth;
Profile
- Degree or equivalent, plus project management qualification;
- Evidence of continuous professional development;
- Experience of successfully managing change and continuous improvement;
- Evidence of successful delivery of projects;
- Excellent change management and leadership skills;
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels;
- Ability to travel as required;
- Fluency in English is a must, German would be a big plus;
