My client is a Global Food Multinational located in Holland.

Role Description

The Supply Chain Customer Service and Logistics Lead is responsible for the Overall EU:
Demand Planning;
o S&OP
o Demand & Promo/Activity planning,
o Repack forecasting,
o Obsolete management

• Customer collaboration;
o Drive (SC) process optimization with key customers e.g. order/drop optimization, nominated delivery days etc.
o Building relationship with Supply Chain Customers
o Introduce the company
o Discus monthly/Quarterly KPI deck

• Defining route to market for white places

• Warehousing & Outbound logistics.
o 3PL contract management
o Optimize cost to serve per Customer,
o Set delivery trade terms.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas:
- Leading DP/CC/LC for Europe
- Talent development & knowledge exchange between markets
- Demand planning & forecasting activities
- Customer Service & Order delivery & issue resolution
- EU S&OP agenda, Obsolete management, Innovation agenda
- Supporting & Execution of Change/Transformation agenda

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent level of education attainment in a related field
- Experience in regional roles
- Wide Supply Chain expertise
o Customer service management
