For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Customer Service Delivery Manager.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for managing the team and the delivery of managed services, resolving major operational issues, monitoring detailed KPIs to ensure the effective day to day operations of the Service, cooperating with customers, and coaching, developing and managing team members. You will be ensuring that systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed and assessing feedback and implementation of necessary improvements. What is more you will be responsible for embedding new processes and workflows into the team.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with about 2-5 years of experience in managing large teams and fluent English (C1). An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication skills and strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills.
