Your new role
Customer Service Coordinator with French acts as single point of contact for International Customers and is responsible for coordination activities around Contracts, Deployment support, Orders and Service related activities , depending on which Services are purchased and contracted.

More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
  • Take full ownership of global communications with the ability of query resolution, problem solving, management information delivery, analysis and administration.
  • To work closely with the internal teams and account managers within Ricoh Operating Companies (Op Cos), developing strong business relationships within the allocated customers
  • To coordinate service delivery and operational activities across the EMEA countries and regions for allocated customers.
  • To monitor all queries coming in from the OpCos, internal departments and customers, ensuring they are managed and resolved successfully
  • Contribute to the creation and standardization of processes and procedures within Ricoh
  • Accountability for the overall end to end customer service coordination at a European level.
  • To manage customer relationships at an appropriate operational level in all countries.
  • Monitor and track orders and report back to customers and stakeholders on the progress of the requests
  • To ensure accuracy of data, assets and orders.
  • Effective escalation management for operational issues



What you'll need to succeed
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Exposure to Web Applications - company Intranet/Extranet
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Customer Service/ Service Delivery role
