THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.

The organisation produces medical devices for over eighty countries worldwide.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the customer service coordinator you will be responsible for the handling of customer complaints, management of documentation and help with the continuous improvement of quality and improvement. You will also help stimulate working according to internal norms and procedures. In this role you will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Taking complaints and registering them in the system
- Dealing with customers complaints and collecting documents and data for filing
- Doing small research into the cause of the complaint
- Coordinating actions needed to investigate complaint and making sure that the right follow up is being done by adequate departments
- Archive results of complaints and communicating them to the right stakeholders
- Making quarterly reports on complaints per project group and based on sales results and trends
- Assisting the QA Manager during external audits
- Improving complaint handeling procedures

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor in a related scientific field
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in either customer service or a position where you where dealing with clients
- Fluent in English and Dutch (Written and Verbal)
- IT: Excellent using MS-Office and MS Visio
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in discussions and on paper
- High degree of autonomy
