Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to generate marketing leads by completing phone calls to potential clients and passing completed prospects to sales teams; executing cold-calling marketing programs; targeting new, untouched or inactive customers in order to increase company’s market reach and generate sales prospects. Your duties will also include maintaining data in the system in a correct and proper way to increase effectiveness of sales teams. The role requires working on shifts (US working hours).
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on that position you need to have higher education in Life Sciences disciplines and speak very good English and French or German. Your previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or contact center will be greatly appreciated but is not essential. You need to demonstrate high organizational skills, communication skills and team spirit.
