- Providing excellent customer service (problem solving, guarding shipments, export documentation, etc.)
- Management of Distribution (finding timely solutions for the transport of medicines)
- Identify malfunctions in service or systems, information flows and processes
- Recognizing and coming up with ideas to improve the process
- Experience and knowledge of administrative tasks
- Minimum of 1 year related experience in Customer Service
- Ability to keep up high standards of work in a dynamic and international environment
- Experience and knowledge of MS-Office
- Problem solving skills
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience with order related issue handling within Supply Chain is a plus

In this role you contribute to the achievement of goals related to commercial order management. You are also involved in specific Supply Chain projects or activities within the team. Solving administrative problems is part of daily work. In addition, you ensure that internal and external customers are satisfied according to the company's policy.Responsibilities
- Management of orders (handling incoming orders, set up of pre-order entry tasks, etc.)- Providing excellent customer service (problem solving, guarding shipments, export documentation, etc.)

Requirements
- MBO level 3 or higher- Experience and knowledge of administrative tasks
- Minimum of 1 year related experience in Customer Service
- Ability to keep up high standards of work in a dynamic and international environment
- Experience and knowledge of MS-Office
- Problem solving skills
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Other information
- Knowledge of GMP / GDP is a big plus- Experience with order related issue handling within Supply Chain is a plus
