Handling incoming phone calls/ e-mails from customers
Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries
Dealing with complaints
Delivering high quality standard service to customers
Providing information about the products
Cooperating with other teams in the company to deal with more complex issues
Supporting Customer Service Manager on improving customer experience procedures
We expect from You:
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Very good knowledge of additional language (French, Spanish, German)
Having interest in helping people, being tactful and polite person
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Being smart user of MS Office products
Pro-active, creative and “can-do” positive attitude
A collaborative team player willing to share knowledge
Experience in customer service positions would be an asset
