For our Client, international producer, we are currently looking for Customer Service and Logistics Specialist with Spanish and English.
On a daily basis, you would be responsible for management of documents - collection, monitoring, archiving of logistic related agreements, contracts and tender processes. You would be in a daily contact with internal and external customers and/or business partners. Moreover, you would be solving customer claims related with transport and logistic issues, resolving discrepancies by contacting stakeholders, following established policies, procedures and methods to achieve metrics and targets. Additionally, you could actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for Candidate with 2+ years of professional experience in logistics/ customer service and/or transportation area. The Candidate should speak Spanish (B2) and English (B2) on a communicative level as you will be dedicated to Spanish market.Moreover, we look for Candidate with transport documents knowledge (CMR, B/L, AWB). The SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
