For our client, one of the most luxurious aircraft company in the world, we’re looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Agent with Spanish, German or French language.
On this positionyou will be responsible for customer service via telephone and mail, managing ticket reservations, providing clients with information about the flights, solving problems and questions as well as handling complains.
From candidatewe require one of the following: Spanish, German or French language on a fluent level, as well as very good English language skills. A perfect candidate should be communicative, keen on working with people, not afraid to face and solve problems. Experience in Customer Service will be an asset.
The client is offeringfully covered medical care, language bonuses (in addition to the base salary), MultiSport Card (sponsored 50%), Canteen discount (dinner discounts up to 5zł per work day) and event bonuses. Apart from these, client offers ticket discounts for the flights for every employee depending on experience (after certain time they can be fully covered).
