For our Client, worldwide company from BPO area, we are looking for candidates to join Customer Service team as Customer Service Agent.
On this position you will be responsible for providing service excellence to customers via email, handling their complaints or questions and identifying reasons and solutions of the complaints.
To be a successful Candidate you must be fluent in French and in English. You must be interactive, customer service oriented person with warm, cheerful and expressive personality and excellent communication skills. You must hold at minimum your High School Certificate. If you have previous experience in Customer Service we would be very interested to hear from you.
Our Client offers a 6 month contract. The company would provide you with all necessary and developing trainings and grant you with possibility to growth within company’s structure.
