Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for supporting Dutch-speaking customers by answering queries and resolving their questions mostly via phone and e-mails. Your duties will also include entering data into the SAP system, maintaining correctness of the data, preparing reports and analysis. You will cooperate with other departments within the company on the daily basis ensuring effective communication throughout the organization, maintaining and developing relationships with key customers, working effectively in a team and contribute to the success of business.
What you’ll need to succeed
Fluency in Dutch and English is required to hold that position. Your previous experience in customer support and knowledge of SAP system will be your assets but are not essential. We will be happy to see that you are self-motivated team player who is not afraid of new challenges.
