Customer Relations Specialist with Korean
Miejsce pracy: LublinPerson employed on this position will be responsible for:
- Conducting business reviews monitoring customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services,
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by cooperation with internal departments and examination of company’s performance,
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and key personnel within customer organizations,
- Informing customers about other offers of the company,
- Working within CRM system.
From candidates we expect:
- At least 2-year experience as a Client Relationship/ Client
- Experience Specialist,
- English language at C1 level and native Korean,
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices,
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work within a team environment,
- Customer-oriented attitude,
- Good computer skills.
