Our Client is an international FMCG producer. Due to the start-up of a new factory in Poland company is looking for Customer Order Specialist with fluent English.
Place of work – office in city centre of Warsaw.
Customer Order Specialist will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the orders are process accurately and timely as per customer’s requirement. You will process the sales order, sales return and free marketing budget in the Navision System to complete and distribute documentations to concerned departments. In the same time you will coordinate and provide necessary information to Production department for production of goods and to Logistics Department for shipping or delivery of goods. You will track and monitor orders to ensure on time delivery and prepare reports, prepare presentation and analyze and assesses statistical sale data when requested or instructed.
Ideal candidate should have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. We need candidate with experience in contact with clients. You must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a bright and enthusiastic attitude, be self-starter/initiative, open and communicative, ready to deal with stressful, unexpected situation. English fluency is a must.
