Job Description
Working within the Customer Service & Support team and reporting to the Service Contract Manager, you'll
maintain accurate customer records in the Oracle, Matrix and Clarify applications and update
and maintain the Clarify Installed Base and Clarify ClearContract module.
As you'll be working directly with multiple countries and cultures in a finance capacity, fluent
English is required. The role will involve customer contact.
An excellent Administrator with good attention to detail, you'll be handling, processing and
managing a large volume of documentation. You'll also extract information from legal contracts
and purchase orders, ensuring details are in line with the initial quote. Inputting into systems
and resolving various queries will also be required. A team player, you'll be able to build
relationships, manage your time and attend to your everyday duties with drive and resilience.
