Customer Care Team Leader with FrenchMiejsce pracy: Kraków
You will be responsifle for:
- Providing leadership to the customer team to ensure excellent customer service to business partners and external customers
- Understanding your department’s action plans and supporting the goals and targets set by your manager
- Continuously improving quality by establishing and guaranteeing quality standards for project execution providing subject matter expertise to agents and supervisors, act as a coach and mentor for agents
- Ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders and order confirmations within agreed timescale. Responding to any concerns/escalations raised by counter partners
- Planning resources for the team, recruit right people, on-board them in the new role
- Providing regular face to face feedback to team members on their performance and development.
- Handling underperformance timely and effectively and recognizing good performance and reward best people.
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English – is a must
- Minimum of 4 years in a customer support, sales or complaints
- Minimum 1 year experience in supervising or team management
- Have excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Be able to building and maintaining effective relationships
- Have excellent decision making and problem solving abilities - determine solutions for challenges
