For our Client, international and globally recognized company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Cracow, we are currently looking for Spanish speakersfor the position of Finance Accounting Customer Care Specialist with Spanish.
You will be joining a faced paced environment with a high standards and strong goal to create the place for professionals.
While working at this roleyou will be responsible for being in daily contact with both- external clients and company's finance departments. Cooperate with customers from Spain via phone and email on a daily basis. Be responsible for servicing customers of our Client. Answer their questions, requests and ensure their satisfaction with the service. Through this, you will have a strong influence on the long term relationships with customers.
We are looking for Candidateswith excellent Spanish (min. B2 level) and communicative level of English. Openness and very high communication skills are required . We are looking for people that are interested in the field of finance and customer service.
