For our Client in Wroclaw, an international company within medical sector, we are looking for German Speaking Customer Service Specialists.
Working on this position you will be mainly responsible for processing incoming sales orders in SAP system; review customer orders to ensure completeness and correctness of data; invoicing customers based upon customer pricing from sales generated quotes; providing phone and email support both customers and sales team; logging all orders and logistics complaints from customers; processing customer credits; tracing all confirmed shipping and delivery actions and current cooperation with other departments.
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good English and German and ideally have previous experience in Customer Services; higher education and less than a year of customer service experience in a contact center or billing department.
