For our Client, a new established Commercial Centre in Krakow,a global provider of electronics products and distributing them to engineers around the world, we are currently looking for Customer Care Specialist with fluent French and very good English.
Successful Candidateswill be responsible for maintaining good relations with customers, process telephone orders, solving customer problems and answering queries, caring about existing customers’ accounts through telephone relationship. Moreover, you will maintain customer information on in-house system, coordinate successful cooperation between external partners and Clients and ensure the customer is informed about new products and updates. You will be a part of strong team supported by international leaders from across Europe and the world. Training will be provided and will be an intense and offered to all successful candidates.
While working on this position, you need to becustomer focused person who is able to deliver high level of customer service. Candidate must have communication and problem solving skills, ability to work pro-actively as part of a team. We are looking for an outgoing personality with a positive can-do attitude. Experience in consultative over the telephone will be an asset (preferably in contact/call centre environment).
