Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls from customers regarding technical issues with problem to access to client website
Processing customers" requests and updating data in the computer systems
Following prescribed processes
Providing customers with all requested and relevant information
Cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issu
Job requirements:
Fluent English - level C1
Enthusiastic, communicative people that are willing to support our customers
Customer service experience (is an asset but is not necessary
Very good interpersonal & communication skills
Strong Customer service Focus
Team player
Able to pick up new tasks quickly
Basic computer skills
