Customer Care Returns Specialist
Miinto is a leading e-commerce platform in fashion operating in seven different countries across Europe. Right now, we are looking for a new person who will take care of a whole process of returning orders and helping our customers to get the best experience while shopping on Miinto.
The primary tasks are to:
· Manage parcel return process from A to Z including e.g. repacking parcels and putting data into one of Miinto’s systems
· Handle daily ad hoc tasks
Miinto offers:

Requirments:
· Good communication skills and high-quality awareness
· Proactive approach to daily tasks and providing all customers with the best solution
· Ability to spread positive attitude amongst customers and team members
