Displate was founded in Poland in 2013. We are a global e-commerce platform that offers content creators a new way of selling their designs and where everybody comes for metal posters with graphics they love. Our mission? We allow people to collect their passions! Displate is home to everyone who lives and breathes a good design. Which is a whole lot of people – we’ve already sold 3 million posters and counting! Displate gross revenue is 104,2 mln USD in 2020 in comparison to 33,9 mln USD in 2019 and year on year 3X (Total Order Value).

We got more than 350 talented people working across all teams: our headquarters & manufacture in Warsaw, Poland, and our Austin branch in Texas, USA. Our employment growth is 95,6%.

GWD Concept is the owner of Displate, a global commerce platform for art reimagined. We empower artists and wall owners to express themselves in creative ways.

We have built a space for talented artists to share their best creations and for wall owners to easily access these unique pieces of art. We daily print on high-quality metal the designs selected by our customers, which we call Displates, and ship them all around the world.

Every Displate sold generates income and fame for artists, a smile for a customer and the planting of 10 trees, as part of our project to reduce the company's ecological footprint.

Currently, we host 3.000+ artists and 70.000+ original artworks and we are present in more than 100.000 customer homes across 50 countries in the world, mainly in USA, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Germany.

For our growing team in Warsaw we are looking for:

Scope​ ​of​ ​duties:

  • Handling incoming phone calls/ e-mails from customers
  • Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries
  • Delivering high quality standard service to customers
  • Cooperating with other teams in the company to deal with more complex issues
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Supporting Customer Care Manager on improving customer experience procedures

Your​ ​skill-set:

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of additional language (Spanish, German) would be an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • An enthusiastic and “can-do” positive attitude
  • Pro-active, creative and self-motivated
  • A collaborative team player willing to share knowledge
