For our Client, well known and multinational brand, we are currently looking for English speakers (min. C1)
who are willing to expand their career in the Customer Service field.
At this position you will be mainly responsible for providing customer servicethrough phone.You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, problems and escalations- dealing with them as efficiently and effectively using the correct tone/language dependent on which Digital platform you are using.
If you speak fluently English, like challenges that will help you grow, enjoy working both independently and in a team, have great communication skillsand you like use social media- this offer waits for you!
You don't need to have previous experience at international company!
