Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Because of your culinary experience, you combine culinary insights you learned by working in the kitchen with product knowledge in R&D. Ideally, you’ve worked in both the hospitality industry and industrial R&D. By applying culinary excellence to the product category you drive trends into the organization, shape new golden standards and help activate consumers by publishing recipes. There’s a team behind you who know the functionality of ingredients, your task is to make this accessible for the public.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• you deliver culinary insights
• lead the design of culinary benchmarks
• drive trend application scouting
• manage culinary quality
• contribute to communication activities
• develop best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• experience as a Chef/Cook in the Foodservice industry
• ability to create great dishes for broad audiences
• fluent English, Dutch is a plus
• awareness of product design
• great communication skills
• patient, creative, quality-driven
