CtC Specialist with Hungarian (m/f)
We are looking for experienced Candidates in Accounts Receivable area who speak Hungarian, want to join an international company and participate in transition of the AR processes from the different EU countries.
Client Details
Our client is an international company from the Oil & Gas industry, part of an international group and one of the leaders in region.
Description
- Coordinating accounts receivable month-end close activities and reporting.
- Reconciling settlements, and customer balances.
- Managing credit worthiness in accordance with credit policy.
- Performing cash applications against open items and reconciling accounts
- Performing collection activities and identifies disputes for large/ more complex customers.
- Providing information on customer account/ payment & reconciliation history/ risk category and other information as per other department's requests.
- Coordinating accuracy and compliance checks.
- Taking leadership to ensure the delivery of service.
- Supporting creation of the desktop procedures (DTPs) for the C2C area
- Providing support and performing trainings for junior team members.
- Maintaining good professional relationships with other team members.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or Economics, other related fields.
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in AR/Credit Collection area.
- Proficiency in Hungarian as well as good English skills both spoken and written.
- Analytical problem solving and attention to details.
- Knowledge of JDE/Oracle - nice to have
- Knowledge of any debt recovery platforms and/or credit worthiness app - nice to have
